As a graduate of Istanbul Technical University in Electronics and Communications Engineering, I spent the early years of my career managing software and network projects for leading IT firms. After working with Digital Equipment Corporation Turkey and co-founding Netron IT, I launched SmartPro Technology in 2004 with the vision of shaping future-ready talent in technology and education.
Today, I serve on the Board of the British Chamber of Commerce and continue to lead SmartPro Technology & London City College’s commitment to skill development and employment. In collaboration with our partner Probil, we’ve created scholarship and internship opportunities that bridge learning with career access—enhancing our role in the IT ecosystem.
Our ambition has always been clear: to become a pioneer in next-generation technologies like Metaverse, AI, and Blockchain—and to integrate the philosophy that “education is the most profitable investment for the future” into every aspect of our institutional culture.
With over 20,000 alumni and a graduate employment rate of 86%, the success of London City College reflects our long-standing dedication to quality, innovation, and relevance.
Throughout my journey, I’ve proudly served in founding or executive roles within top national ICT institutions that represent more than 300 companies and 50,000 professionals, including:
- TÜBİSAD – Turkish Informatics Industry Association
- BİTİS – Employers’ Union for the IT Sector
- ITU Alumni Association – Board Member
- BİYESAM – Informatics Sector Professional Union
As we look ahead, London City College is not only committed to skill-building but to shaping the very structure of education through internationally accredited degree pathways. Our next chapter involves becoming a UK-regulated institution—one that empowers students around the world to pursue accredited diplomas, top-up degrees, and lifelong career readiness. This is more than growth; it is our declaration of purpose: to offer global education with local impact.
Let’s continue to build the future—through purposeful, globally recognized education.
